One of the main selling points of Adobe Experience Manager is the ability to customize the authoring experience for the authors, so they have a cleaner and simpler experience to create their content experiences. We have talked about it many times in sales pitches, Adobe Summit presentations, AEM Meetups, and content here on the blog.
