With the release of Adobe Experience Manager 6.3, you now have access to AEM’s Core Components. This is an open source project of production ready code for some of the common components that come OOTB with AEM. And because it is delivered over Github, it means the developer community is welcome to contribute their own enhancements and offer feedback. This is really great. You may be asking yourself, how do you go about getting it setup? Eddie Yao, from Perficient, walks you through the process to do exactly that in his article; “AEM 6.3 First Looks: AEM Core WCM Components”. He also provides several helpful tips for using them in your AEM project. Go read about it!
